    I think you can really customize this based on your life. I am doing Meso 1 as the 6mth plan because endurance work is my weakness.... Then because of other vacations & such I am doing Meso 2 & 3 as as 4 weeks each. I will go back to STS mid year and Do Meso 1 as just 1 month & Meso 2 & 3 as 2...

    The only difference I can tell (and I have both) is that the med balls are harder - more like a basketball feel & the weighted balls are squishy. Its the weights that important on the ball not the "feel" so your 6# "whatever" is fine. For me I am learning to like the squishy weighted balls...
