    Step, Jump, & Pump/Step Blast!

I can't really say much about Step, Jump, & Pump because I've only done it twice maybe, but I've done Step Blast a countless number of times. Step Blast was my first Cathe workout back in 2003 when they were sold separately on VHS, not together like they are now on DVD. I love Step Blast! It's...

    Healthy weight range

I'm 5'9" and I personally don't look or feel good under 150. I can't imagine ever being 135. That just doesn't look good at all on me. Since I've been this height, I've always been at 150 untill I started having children. Right now, I'm working to get back to 150. The range that you stated for...

What was your first Cathe workout video?

My first Cathe workout was Step Blast back in 2003. Loved it right away. After that, I bought the Intensity Series. Now I have all, but 6, of Cathe's DVDs. It's the oldest ones I don't have yet, but I do plan to buy those too just to complete the collection. I feel like anything Cathe puts out...

What were your first workouts ever???

I did those 20 min workouts too, lol! I was about 11 or 12 then. I forgot about that. They were fun.

What were your first workouts ever???

The first workout videos I ever bought were the from the Buns of Steel Platinum Series. I had Buns of Steel Step, Arms and Abs of Steel Step, and Thighs of Steel with Aerobics. I was in college then and I bought a VCR just so I could use those videos. I still have them and still do them every...

What's AGE got to do with it?

Love this thread! I agree completely. I'm 39 and I'm in the best shape ever and I was in pretty good shape as a teen. I do things in my workouts that I never thought I'd be able to do. I feel great!

Which Workout is Your Success Indicator??

I second that! When I was able to do Body Max 2 on an 8 inch step (I started doing it on a 6 in step) and was able do it all the way through with no breaks, I felt like the Queen of Fitness. I felt like I had earned a crown after that accomplishment.

    Terminator DVD worthwhile investment?

Yes indeed! My favorite is IMAX Extreme, but I enjoy them all. So glad I bought it.

    Hiit/ compared to regular cardio

I usually do a steady state cardio workout before I do HIIT. No reason in particular, I just like doing that. My favorite combo is to do the Intervals 1-5 premix of IMAX 2 (or IMAX 3), then do HIIT 30/30. I like to do a 30 min kickbox workout, like Fire 30 from Turbofire, before doing HIIT...

    Which workout does Cathe say.....

Is it Push/Pull? I know I've heard her say that several times, but I can't remember for sure which DVD it is.

    the gym vs exercise vids

I only workout at home. I like the convenience. When I had a gym membership, I preferred the group exercise classes (cardio machines bore me to tears), but I had to work around their schedule. That's understandable, but I still didn't like that. With exercising at home, I like that I can do...

    Cardio Hits & Classic's

I don't have many of the classic all step workouts, but I do have Step Blast and it's great. Love it! I did that this morning. Rhythmic Step is a good one too.

Never tried an IMAX! Advice please!

I have all 3, but I've only done 2 and 3. I just recently purchased 1 and have not tried it yet. Between 2 and 3, IMAX 3 is definitely harder and the choreography is much more complicated even if you're really good at step. My favorite is IMAX 2, but I really like them both. Try 2 before you do...

I noticed the band on her wrist this morning when I did Imax 2. I had never noticed that before reading this.

    More Travel Fit workouts

I'd love to see more workouts that make it easy to workout Cathe-style when you're away from home. I was away for 1 day last week and did Travel Fit. It was nice to have a workout that only required me to pack a resistance band and I also liked the fact that it's low impact so I didn't have to...

    Purchase a High Step lid

It's weird that it's not on shopcathe.com anymore because that's where I purchased mine from. It must be a mistake that it's not on the site. You should contact customer service about that.
