    Don't have slow and heavy workouts..

    I don't have any of the slow and heavy upper body workouts.. What could I substitute? The workouts that use weights that I have are ME, BM2, DM, HSC, HSTA.. and I think thats all of the ones that use weights at all. Any ideas? Lauren
