    I thought it was hilarious that the bulky men with scary muscles in STS lift lighter weights that Cathe and and all the girls! At the same time they make faces and huff and puff as if someone immediately has to call 911 :D:D:D What do you guys think ;)

    I just bought a Homedics scale and it said that an athlete mode should be chosen if the person does at least 12 hours of cardio per week. I am very frustrated by that scale because my old one (Tanita) was showing me at 36% body fat, and this one measures 41%. I want to kill myself!!! I know...

    barbell weight????

    Of course you do! My bar weights 13.5 lbs itself (!!). I got it from Sports Authority and then I had to buy additional doughnut magnet plates to make it exactly 15 lbs, otherwise there is no way to make an exact weight with the way it is.

    SNM, are there other exercises that can be performed with the tower, or is it used strictly for pull ups? I am asking because I came accross a product which attaches to the door and is used for pull ups, so I've been wondering if I should get that instead of the tower which has not yet been...
