    The Flat Bench Triceps Extension on the card its listed with dumbbells and calculated for the dumbbells, but on the disc it is performed with a barbell and the weight is obviously different. Please correct that if possible. Thanks: Krasy

    Odd weight amount...

    I use Pace weights. Also... I invested in a lot of additional dumbbells, like 7, 14, 17.5, 22.5, 27.5, 32.5 - that cost me quite a lot, but I hope its worth it.
