Lurdes, I really don't think anyone was giving you a talking-to. SNM gave a resonable response. It wasn't rude.

I ordered the DVD + Downloads bundle, so I'll get the workouts before the discs arrive. I'll probably go ahead and do Yoga Relax as soon as I get them. It looks so soothing. I can't believe they're almost here! :eek:

Is it possible to to imbed a copy of the cover with the download? Or do you do that already? For the back cover text, you could do a really simple PDF that just includes the information so people will have that.

When she's on the air, the video works. Just go on the app when she's broadcasting. You can watch whatever videos they archived through the app. HTH!

For those watching on an Apple device, you can't view Ustream at the link. You need the Ustream app from the app store. It's a free download. Then search for Cathe and follow the link. If the Cathe Cam is boradcasting, the video will pop up right away.
