LizC7, try the coconut water Pam suggested. It has electrolytes, but pure coconut water is low-ish in carbs. Just check the label because some brands do add sugar from what I hear. It's a good choice. Unfortunately, I don't use it because I'm not a coconut fan.

Amazon tends to be cheapest. Collage Video sometimes has them cheap, too. Total Fitness DVDs is cheapest when there's a sale.

I was told by an employee Altus went out of business because the owner retired and refused to sell the business. I asked in November 2012. They planned to close April 2013. AFAIK, they did. I never said anything here because I thought Chris or Cathe should post it.
