    STS vs Chalean Extreme

    I have done both programs, and really like C.E. but I'm gonna have to say STS gave me much better results...C.E. is how I came to love weights, but by doing the 1 rep max and lifting based on that, you can't go wrong .

    STS 1RM question

    1 rep test I would wait until a week or 2 before you start STS to do the rep test. I did it in a week and used that as my workouts for that week. I focused on the 5 and 4 stars only as well... good luck, I really liked doing STS and plan to do it again soon.

    My company is buying me a Fitbit!!!

    I've had 2~ loved them, but kept washing the darn things...they are as easy as it is advertised, just not waterproof! I replaced it with a ZIP and have had it for a week, I like it also. I got a bright green one, so hopefully it will catch my eye and I won't toss it into the washer
