We have them and ground squirrels too and they leave round holes in the ground where they come up. We also have them in our pastures and I would love to get rid of all of them. I've tried ammonia, bleach and rock salt but none of them worked. I would like to know how to get rid of them...
No, I've not seen a doctor but it is getting better daily and I'm taking care not to over stretch with it besides the pain wouldn't let me forget. I remember when I pulled my shoulder muscle bad it took a couple months to really heal.
Thank for all your advice.
I pulled a muscle in the upper part of my hamstring or buttock about a month ago. I have still been exercising but I am careful to not over stretch on that part of my leg. Do you have any good suggestions what to do? It is better and not as painful as it was at first but I don't want to make...

I wonder if it was something I'd been eating the week or two before my blood tests. That's why I wondered how long before the blood test does the food you eat make a differnce.
I've tried to make all (almost all) changes...
Does anyone know why, if I have a good total cholesterol(177), good TRI(57), good HDL(43) and have a bad HDL of 123? A year ago my LDL was 108 and I've tried harder to eat healthier this year so I'm really confused.
How many days back of eating does it go back on affecting blood tests...
