    Directional Q on 4 Day Split

    Remember to mirror Cathe when she goes to the side. If she uses the foot furthest away from the camera, you use the foot furthest away from the TV. Same with the nearer foot.

    I may split it up doing the legs and shoulders (since the calves are on this workout)on one day and the rest of the upper body on another. I'll save the core for cardio days.

    Re fat Loss while slimming the lower body

    Step & Intervals from the CTX series is almost 40 minutes long (about 37 min). Cathe also does blasts (which are like intervals) at the end of Rhythmic Step & Step Blast. Since the workouts are chaptered, you could add them in at the end of each step section if you wanted to.

    Cathe PLEASE consider this..

    If you want a new step workout, it looks like you'll be able to put the two together that are in the upcoming 4 Day Split and do them as one long workout. That's what I plan to do.

    Do I need Slow and Heavy and Pure Strength?

    Slow & Heavy is different from what you already have. I traded my S & H dvd for Pure Strength and I'm sorry I did, because it's similar to the Gym Styles which I already own.

    Opinion Needed! Kick Max or KPC?

    Since you've done a lot of kickboxing, I would go with KP & C. The beginning of Kickmax is somewhat slow. It's great for someone who hasn't done much kickboxing, but may be slow for someone with experience.

    GS series with a twist???

    I mix and match this set all the time. I go heavy and never bother with the bonus burns. I don't always do the same number of reps as Cathe either. Also, I sometimes skip biceps, triceps, and the lower body floorwork completely. I buy workouts to get ideas and then I make them my own.

    I'm not Cathe, but KPC is an excellent substitute for Kick Max. It should fit into your rotation just fine.

    For me, MIS is the best total body weight workout I've ever found. It leaves no muscle group untouched.

    Impact Level of Timesaver DVD

    I didn't care for Day 2 cardio on the Timesaver. That's the day with the high impact floor aerobics. I just went for a vigorous walk on that day instead, and then did the weight workout for that day.

    Timesaver is a good sampler of the Body Blast workouts, I think you'll find that you will eventually want the full workouts. As much as I enjoyed the Timesaver, I like the full workouts better. There is original footage on the Timesaver, but not all that much.

    I guess MIS will always be my sentimental favorite because it's the first weight workout that really pushed me to another level fitness-wise. I like the fact that the upper and lower body sections are separate, and both of them really challenge you. It's just a great no-frills total body weight...
