    I have 2.5lb ankle/wrist weights and I find them helpful because I don't have the miro load gloves. Some of my weight selections are like 18 and 23lbs so I just wear the wrist weights and use a 15 or 20lb dumbbell to do the exercise.

    Just to point out, I didn't say the workouts were boring. I said that I got bored of doing STS 3 times a week. Meaning, weights 3 times a week is a lot (For Me.) I am used to one upper body day and one lower body day or 2 days of full body a week.

    Hi just wondering when you do 1RM testing do you do the exercises the way Cathe does with the "half way ups"? In the video the elevated lunge is done in one of these rep patterns. Not sure if that is the way it is intended to be tested too?
