Cathe workouts from easiest to hardest

Someone around here did a survey and determined what workouts were considered the easiest to the hardest. I would love to see this post as I now consider myself a beginner again. The 48 minute low impact version of Kick Max kicked my ___ yesterday. I need to know what tapes this educated...

Becky, I can wait. I THINK WHAT YOU DID IS FANTASTIC!!! Thanks so much for sharing it with all of us. A teacher friend of mine is getting into fitness and I showed it to her and she said, "Wow, you really are into the fitness thing." I gave you all the credit for it. I think I convinced...

    Newest Cathe Compendium?

Lunacat (or anyone) can you mail me the latest copy of the Cathe Compendium. This document is my "fitness bible". I find it especially helpful on days I have a staff meeting and I need to plan for a shorter workout. Could you send it to my sons email address at [email protected]...

    The Announcement - FINALLY!

Cathe you rock! THANK-YOU FOR NOT ABANDONING US! I actually think that your branching out is a smart move. I am almost 43 and pretty fit, but sometimes I want an easier workout. I really enjoy your new "easier" workouts. Often instead of "blowing off" a workout because I did not sleep well...

Thanks Cathe: re: 3 new DVD's

for offering us (Your Educated Crowd) the opportunity to just buy the DVD's. You know that we already have the equipment. You are one smart business woman. Looking forward to getting my three new DVD's to use with the equipment I already own. fitkansaschick/fitlibrarian/Natalie :)

    Times on all pre-mixes

I was wondering if any of you have a list with times of all of Cathe's DVD workouts, including the pre-mixes. I want to create an excel spread that lists the times for each workout. To get the list for the HC series I simply put each workout in my DVD player and wrote down att the information...

Break down (time wise) of all Cathe workouts, especially premixes

To get the list for the HC series I simply put each workout in my DVD player and wrote down att the information...

Weight lost in a month by running

Do you read Runner's World? The March issue addresses this question. By simply running you won't get results, you must mix it up a bit, for example add in some speed work. Yesterday for example, I ran an easy mile at 6mph then I ran the next half mile at 6.5 mph, and the next half mile at...

What type of glue should I use to glue it back on? Should I completly remove it, or just put glue on the sides that are coming up?

    Hardcore Gym Style DVD options?

Please don't put this series on individual DVD's! Because you have put(in the past)more than one workout on a DVD is what makes you stand out from all the other home fitness exercise instructors. WE LOVE THIS ABOUT YOUR DVD'S People that have DVD players that hold more than one disk at a time...

Rotation using all of Cathe's DVD's

I have all of Cathe's DVD's except one of the older cardio ones and ab hits. Do any of you have a rotation that rotates all of her titles.

Does anyone think MIC is harder than the Imax's??

I generally have done this workout as two seperate cardios. Now that I have it on DVD, I love the suggestion of doing the warmup, then the step, then the high low. Love, love, love what you can do with DVD's!

    Slow and Heavy ?

I have been playing around with programing my DVD player and wondered if any of you have come up with a short-medium totatl body weight lifting workout using this DVD? What Chapters did you use? Thanks, Natalie

    60 minutes or under rotation

Cathe, I loved the January rotation you made for us. Because I workout after work (around 4:45) I only have an hour. Could you (or someone) come up with an alternative shorter rotation? Timesavers have been great for this, but I want to do more than just them. I also run too.

Video Classifications and listing of videos

Where would you place CTX Upper Body. and leaner legs? I would like to use this information to create a rotation

    We're filming!

Any chance these could be put on one DVD? I recently sold all my VHS and now have only DVD. The thing I love about Cathe's DVD's is the fact that each DVD contains more than one workout? The chapters, the premix and the workout blender have been AWESOME! I too do not want to buy any...

what's your STUPIDEST beauty related blunder?.....

In December I cut my bangs, no problem they looked good. Next day I attempted to add layers. BIG MISTAKE! I am still waiting for it to grow out. I can not go to my beauty shop until the top layer is meeting the bottom layer. I keep triming the bottom layer. Oh well, hopefully by Easter:P...

    Want to run/jog/trot/crawl a marathon....

? Can you realistically train for more than a 10K if you only have an hour a day to workout. Just curious?

    Want to run/jog/trot/crawl a marathon....

If I were you I would start with a 5K, then a 10K, a half marathon, and then the full marathon. I think that running a marathon would be awesome, but this busy mom only has one hour a day to work out, so the most I ever run is a 10K. I had a running partner a few years ago, and it really...
