    RESULTS from cathe's Aug. 04 rotation

    How to use circuit workouts?

    Teaching Step

    GREAT thread! I too just started teaching my classes and I love them. I opted for a bootcamp style of class. LOVE it! HOWEVER, problem is this: MUSIC!! I can't find music that I like that I can design moves to go along w/ them. Or I find the music, but can't get the steps to go w/ them...

    January Rotation - Jan 5

    Hi all! Boy, it is an intense rotation, huh? Well, yesterday, I did IMAX first 5 intervals and that was it! hahaha...later in the day, I did 30mins of kathy's smith PY aerobic party only! it's was good! Today's workout: ran 4.5miles in less than 45mins. that was taking 1min to walk...
