    Toughest STS Disc For You...So Far

    Although I haven't done disc 11 & 12, disc 10 is running in first place right now. I didn't know my shoulders, chest and biceps could scream so loud.

    What if I have to travel?

    I will be traveling during week 3 of mesocycle 2. I am going to try to workout twice a day to stay on track when I return. If you can't do the workouts while you are out of town, then just start where you left off.

    Cathe I did disc 10 this morning and boy my shoulders, biceps and chest were screaming at me all day. Once again I did all the pushups on my toes and after every one I wanted to cry. I did chest flys (a first for me) with 20 lbs weights and I was proud of myself and I still wanted to cry...

    I am on week 3 of STS, disc 8. I started using my weighted gloves in Week 2 and the little extra is making a big difference. I am really enjoying the workout and I spend everyday reviewing the next one to do. My only regret is that I don't have anything to do chin ups other than the tubing...

    Cathe Would it be possible to give tips about what weight to use when your 1RM is an odd number. Rather you should go up or down, for instance your 1RM is 27, should you use 25 or 30.
