    anyone care to share results?

    I have been trying for months to lost an additional 10 lbs. I am always between 125 & 130, but as of today, I weighed in at 120. Since starting STS on Feb 2nd, I have drop 8 lbs abd have some noticeable definition in my arms. I am so excited about my results.

    STS Disc 16

    Disc 16 - 18 I successfully completed disc 17 w/out any back problems. With lighter weights (I followed Denice) and smaller range of motion, I was able to get a really good workout.

    STS Disc 16

    I looked to see if anyone had started a thread for this, but couldn't find one; so if this is a duplicate, I'm sorry. After 4 days of not working out because of my back, I completed disc 16 of M2 and I was surprised how well I did. I really like the back off approach. Excellent workout.

    Disc 14 caused doms in Upper Back????

    I am glad it was only DOMS for you, after I did it, my back was hurting so bad that I couldn't workout for the rest of the week nor could I go to work the next day.

    I would start over with disc 16 and move forward. That way you will get refamilair with the workout and build your strength up some.

    I completed Disc 14 - M2 Legs and unfortuately with injury pain, my back is killing me. I am not sure what I did. I had good form, drank plenty of water, did stretches and right when I finished I have a this pain in my lower back. I am hoping it's just a really tight muscle and it will go away...

    What would you do?

    I am going to be away during week 3 of M2 for monday, tuesday and possibly wednesday (3/23 -3/25). I am going to work out twice a day to get back on track.

    Checking in with my last workout of recovery week. I did Low Impact Step, followed by the blasts in Low Max. After doing both workout, I didn't need to do the bonus legs from STS Disc 9 because Low Max took care of the legs. Finish off with med ball abs. I hope you all have a great weekend...

    Checking in today with spinning w/o my weigh vest. I have one more workout to do on Friday, which will be Low Impact Step, the & blast from Low Max, Bonus Leg from Disc 9 and Med ball abs. I am taking Sat & Sun off, so that I will be well rest for M2.

    Checking in today with Total body stretch - stability ball #1 and 10 min solutions total body pilates. jsutera - I think you might won't to do some low intensity workouts, do one stretch day and one day of complete rest. I am a cardio junkie too so I know how you feel.
