I like Low Max for the mere fact that it's a total leg burner. I won't make the mistake again and do all seven cardio blasts on my usual leg day, way overkill but effective. Plus, I think it's a fun workout. Annette

Another one here for Muscle Max or Muscle Endurance. I love both for different reasons but the main is reason is that the hit all the major muscles group very nicely when you want to hit them for that second weight workout during the week. Annette

Actually wouldn't GS be a better sub? I don't have Pure Strength either but from what I've read the gym styles are the updated version. I've thought about getting the PS but since I already have the Pyramids, S&H, GS and the 4DS workouts I'm not sure I really need them. Annette
