    I’m definitely an introvert. My DH and I love fitness activities and support one another’s fitness goals. I’m admittedly a bit more hard core than he is but it creates a nice balance. Our home gym is a thing of beauty. We spend time there daily, separately and together.

    That assumes that us moldy oldies are falling apart. Many of us are in pretty darn good shape in big part thanks to Cathe’s more advanced workouts. Lift, move and restore is the icing on my exercise cake.
