    Land mine workout

    Way back in the early days, the Pure Strength workout series featured a T-bar row on the Back, Biceps, Abs DVD which can use the landmine attachment. I still love those workouts!

    The sale page says the downloads will include premixes. Is that correct? I've never known downloads to include premixes as well (which is why I have had to buy the DVDs as well). I will order downloads only if premixes come along this time. Thanks.

    STS is the Best

    Starting Meso 3 this week. I'm not as strong as my 1RM testing would predict but I'm lifting heavier than ever before. I can't wait to go through some of these again!
