I just finished MMA Boxing, and I LOVE IT. Awesome. My abs are on fire, my shoulders and back should be feeling it tomorrow. I love boxing workouts; we need more of them. Can't wait until I get to try to the heavy bag bonus....going to do it even though I don't have a bag!!!

I may not even use a step on some of the higher impact stuff. I am not always the most graceful or coordinated person! I can just see me missing, and falling off. You can still work out hard without going to the extreme.

Take her to the vet! I had a cat with a similar situation, and turned out she had cancer in her jaw. I hope it's nothing that bad, maybe just a bad tooth.

Join the club. I haven't been doing as much strength training lately, but when I do, I can tell a major difference. I have another month on the rotation I'm doing now, and will make sure to get back to some strength training in the next round.
