    My first experience with Cathe....KP & C

K, P, and C was my very first experience with Cathe also. I my "addiction" to her began last Novemeber when I pulled this workout out (in VHS) and tried it. Since then, I have been hooked and now have a huge stack of her workouts in my bedroom!! I love to create mish-mosh workouts with all...

    Drill Max vs IMAX3 ??

I agree. I LOVE Imax 3 with the blasts only premix. I think the step portion is too chorepgraphed...never got into it. Here is a killer cardio workout if you are up to it (using the DVDs you own) Here's the workout: #1. Drillmax = cardio only premix (timesaver or scrambled) #2: Imax 3 =...

Is there such a thing as too few calories?

Yes. Eating more calories will help you lose weight. DO NOT reduce your calories any further. If you do, your body will go into starvation mode and will actually begin to store fat. Increase good calories: lean protein, fruits, vegetables, and natural fats. Try to stay away from too many...

    Building Lateral Delts

Just a suggestion...you could also use the resistance band to do either two arm lateral raise or one arm lateral raise. The band really helps to focus on the muscle and you can get an awesome burn in the shoulders. ") Kristen

    Cathe--question about circuit training

I agree. Do not listen to that trainer...there is nothing wrong with a circuit workout once a week to shock the body and to have a little fun. Working needs to be enjoyable to you...if you want to do that circuit one time a week, go for it! I LOVE drillmax. I am a trainer, and circuits do...

    Rotations with "Mish-Mosh"?

RE: Rotations with Hi Amy! I guess a good place to start is with a couple of informational questions. #1. what are your goals? #2. how much time (length) per workout/days of working out? #3. cardio only? or cardio + weights? #4. fitness level (beginner, intermediate, advanced) #5. least...

    Rotations with "Mish-Mosh"?

RE: Rotations with Hi! No, I actually do not have a multiple disk player. I have an Xbox 360 with only one disk holder. The way I have set up my mish-moshes is that whatever workout I am doing first, I do that warm-up and when it comes time to switch dvds, I just open the Xbox and move...

    Rotations with "Mish-Mosh"?

RE: Rotations with What DVD workouts do you own?? I have made up my own workout mish-moshes using a veriety of Cathe DVDs that have a certain focus (i.e Drillmax w/ Imax 3 blasts for legs&plyo work). I am not sure about a link Cathe has, but if you let me know what you own, I can help you...

    THANK YOU CATHE FOR EVERYTHING!

I COMPLETELY agree. Ever since I found Cathe's DVDs (my first being K,P,C) I have fallen in love with her. Cathe is SUCH an inspiration. Mixing & matching her various workouts together (into my own workout mish-moshes) my fitness level has SKY-ROCKETED! I used to be a total gym-rat, but now I...
