    Linda, wow! Great workout, girl!! Thanks for sharing...I'm going to look at that one. CoffeyFit Raw- "Rebound & Lift" - 51 min. I've done it several times, it's full of variety with 1 min. intervals on the rebounder and then off for upper body exercises. Time does fly with this one.

    Nora, good workout with Leslie Sansone - 4 Miles- Walked 3 Miles = 47 Min W/ Miracle Miles Band w/DH YT- Kaleigh Cohen Cycling- NEW 20 Min Strong Legs Cycling= 24 Min I went to the chiro Tuesday, and I feel much better. Still in some pain but nothing like the past week.
