Good morning again! Hope you all had a nice weekend......I had one long workout this AM, so decided to do it before I started today's thread............

Today's workout:

YT-Earth & Owl- "Low Impact Rebounding & Ropeless Jump Rope Live" - 52 min. Nikki did this live class about a month ago and although it's a long class, there were alot of breaks in it, cause it was "live" at the time. I didn't know whether I would last thru it or not :), but time flew ..........There was a nice floor warmup, then 10 min. of low impact rebounding moves using the Crossrope ropeless ropes. Then a break, and back on the rebounder for 20 min. of a low impact rebounding combo without the ropeless ropes followed by another short break. Finished up 5-6 min. of doing the previous rebounding combo, this time again using the ropeless. A real nice floor stretch and then finished stretching using the rebounder. Really enjoyed it.
She just recently recorded another long "live" class with a similar format that I will have to get on my schedule.

Hi ladies,

Today I started a new strength rotation, so it was chest,lateral delts and triceps day. I also did 2 leg machines and floorwork for abs, legs and glutes with a stretch. Ended up being 71 minutes so not too bad.

Exercises were : Flat Bench Press loaded to 65 for 4 sets of 12,10, 8 and 6

Incline Dumbbell Bench press with 15 pound dumbbells for 4 sets of 12, 10, 8 and 6

Pec Fly Machine set at 85 pounds for the same set as before because I read my paper wrong

A variation of the rope pulldown using a short bar instead with it set at 30 pounds for 3 sets of 10.

Then I did the Dips machine for triceps set at 40.

There were also Single Arm Triceps Extensions 2 sets for 10 on each arm, I used 15 pound dumbbells.

Then I added in the Leg Extension machine 4 sets at 40 pounds ( 20,15,12 and 10) that was a killer.

Then calves on the incline leg press machine no weight for 4 sets of the same as above (though the machine itself is 110 pound )

Then I did floorwork for legs, abs and glutes with a stretch.

Think I can call it a day. BTW, older cat threw up on our bed last evening and we didn't find it till we were getting ready for bed. So I have a quilt and blanket that need washing and a bedspread that will need to go to the laundry mat, sigh.

Such fun.

Hello, Ladies! Apologies for not posting for almost a week. I've been in a lot of pain with my leg and not able to work out. Today, I decided, pain or not, I have to move! It hurt a bit, but we'll see tomorrow.
STS 2.0 Mobility #1 for 20 minutes
Hardcore Stretch Max #2 Stability Ball for 18 minutes

Everyone's workouts were awesome today!

Nicki- Hi! So glad to hear from you:) Sorry to hear that you've had a week of leg pain to deal with, that just sucks. I'm sorry, I wish I had a magic wand to use on your leg and heal it 100% I would. Nice choices for a gentle exercises with:

Hello's to Siobhan - I hope all is well with you. Are you ready for December to be here already? I'm not! Have a good evening;)

I've been dealing with foot pain issues and woke up o find my right knee swollen almost twice the size of the other knee and its been hurting to step down. I've been icing it and that seems to help. So, odd one morning I could not put weight on it at all, the leg would not work. It feels like an MS thing. This does and can happen with MS.

Here's today's workout:

YT- Kaleigh Cohen Cycling- NEW 20 Min Strong Legs Cycling= 24 Min
