Sorry to hear that you've had a week of leg pain to deal with, that just sucks. I'm sorry, I wish I had a magic wand to use on your leg and heal it 100% I would. Nice choices for a gentle exercises with:

I've been dealing with foot pain issues and woke up o find my right knee swollen almost twice the size of the other knee and its been hurting to step down. I've been icing it and that seems to help. So, odd one morning I could not put weight on it at all, the leg would not work. It feels like an MS thing. This does and can happen with MS.
