    XTrain vs STS vs P90X

I would love to hear from those of you who have done these workouts. How do they compare in terms of difficulty/intensity, strength gains, weight loss, fun factor and ease of sticking with a 90-day rotation? TIA!

    Rest days

Slug Sunday! I take Sundays off, except I will usually at least take my dog for a walk or two. I like to do my hardest workout (the one I'm most likely to suffer DOMS from) on Saturday, so I'll have a little extra recovery time after that one.

XTrain is my favorite series since Intensity

I'm only on day 3, but I'm loving this series! It's bringing back the joy of working out!

    Workout Cards for Xtrain

We were looking for XTrain workout cards, not 2013 stats.

    Workout Cards for Xtrain

Any update on this? I'm starting Monday, and would love to have them for the 1st workout.

    Workout manager 3.0

On a related note, I've been using the food diary (love it - thanks!) but there were a couple of days where I recorded everything I ate but forgot to post my daily total, so of course those days show up as zero on the graph. Is there any way to go back and enter a previous day's calories...

    Workout Manager - WOW!

Another question - how do I delete a food item that I entered incorrectly?

Question on TDEE / Workout Manager

I'm not sure which answer to choose on my settings in the workout manager. I'm mainly sedentary much of the day (homeschooling mom), but am doing your dvds 6 days per week (45-60 minutes per day) and adding in walking as time permits. Which choice best suits this activity level? Thanks for...

    Workout Manager - WOW!

I've got a question on the new workout manager - where can I find stats for workouts done this week/year, calories burned, etc? If it's still there I haven't found it yet. Thanks! BTW - Love the calculator that forecasts when you'll meet your goal!

Wow I have been away since 2008!?!

I can relate - I jusst realized that I've been away for a year! The really sad part is that I went to workout manager and realized that I gained 20 pounds since last January! Somehow all my good intentions disappeared last year, but I'm back, and planning to get serious about getting back into...

    Who has tried Step Moves?

I tried this one today and had a very difficult time with the choreography! I have 2 left feet and really have to be in the right frame of mind to learn complex step workouts, and even so it takes me a lot of attempts. This morning I meant to put in Athletic Step, but I accidentally grabbed...

    Just not losing weight :(

Try Bob's Red Mill steel cut oatmeal! I have never been a big oatmeal fan until I found this. It's much less processed and tastes great. It takes longer to cook (15-20 min), but to me it's worth it. I love it with blueberries, raisins and walnuts. You can add a little honey or maple syrup...

    STS CHECK IN DISC 19

Wow! My muscles are fried! I did great on chest - felt really strong, right up until my muscles gave out on the incline flies. My workout card said 25s, so I grabbed them, got into position, and my body just said "no way" so I lowered my weight and went on. It's nice to know I gave it my...

    STS CHECK IN DISC 17

Wow, I'm fried! I LOVE the trisets! I'm able to follow my workout card for everything except the inner thigh exercise where you put the weight on the floor and change hands. For some reason my card says I should use a 64lb dumbbell for that one. I must have been eating my Wheaties the day I...

    STS Circuit Workouts

After reading the descriptions, I thought the circuit workouts would be on the order of Drill Max or Bootcamp. Maybe I should go back and re-read them, but that was my understanding.

    STS CHECK IN DISC 16

Great workout! I have a weight bench, but am still wishing for a spotter! I was fine on the incline, but when I went to a flat bench I found it very hard to get the weight off the rack, as it was slightly behind me. I'll play around with it, but I think if I slide my bench too far back, the...

Unexpected benefit - my knees don't hurt anymore!

I've had touchy knees for several years, which I especially notice when going down stairs. Last week during the rest week, DH and I took the kids to Silver Dollar City. After listening to all their warnings about how strenuous it was, we went to the underground cave there, which involves 600...

SNM - will MMA incorporate weights?

I would love a sweaty cardio session today, but my upper body DOMs is so significant from yesterday's STS 13, that I don't think I could remove a sweaty sportsbra without cutting it off!

    My two questions

I don't really care how many discs this set comes on, but I definitely want to include my opinion on premixes - PLEASE INCLUDE THEM! I love premixes and feel like they give you lots of extra workouts, multiplying the value of the dvds. If you opt for separate discs, perhaps you could also...
