    Does BootCamp (the original BootCamp, not the 4DS one) count as a cardio or weight workout? Since it is both, I am not sure how to fit it into a rotation. What should I do the following day....cardio? or is it OK to do weights? Help!:( MuscleGuy

    seeking advice re Slow & Heavy

    I always aim to be pushing myself to the absolute limit to get the last rep on every set. If it means dropping the weight on the final set to get all the reps out, I do it. It takes some knowledge of your own body and trial and error before you get the correct weight. I love S&H! MuscleGuy

    Thanks for your reply, Yen. I'm SURE I saw a High Step in the pics from Boot Camp. I must be mixed up. I use Gym Styles and Slow & Heavy for my weight days so I'm sure I wouldn't use ME. I'll certainly think about buying the DVD for Boot Camp, though. MuscleGuy

    Has anyone found that after sticking with Cathe for a while, other instructors' workouts are not challenging enough? I've been mixing in other DVDs in my rotation, and I'm finding that I want more after the workout has ended! Anyone else?

    Drill Max

    I'm sure you'd love Drill Max! I don't much L to R space either but I don't have any problem with DM at all...I just alternate the jumps. So if Cathe jumps 3 to the left, I jump 1 left, 1 right and 1 left again. It works for me. The Drill Max workout is great!!!!!!!
