    A couple more beginner/intermediate...

    I would like this too! As mentioned above, modifications are great. Some workouts have them, but they are kind of few and far between! Also, a premix or two could be designed for beginners/intermediates. I have found the LoMax Premix Intervals 1-4 doable at my current fitness level. :-)...
