    ionic minerals anyone?

    Just wondering how the minerals are working? I'd like to take them as my temp also seems to be between 97.5-80.0 lately. I wonder what that means. I'm afraid to take the minerals with everything else I take though: HSN vitamin, Allegra, BCP, omega-3, primrose oil, probiotic.

    6 months rotation with cardio

    I'm doing the 6 month so I'm just repeating the cardio given for the 3 month. I'm also bumping the cardio on Tuesdays and am doing a plyo leg workout instead.
