    Krista, You might want to post this on the "Open Forum" where workouts other than Cathe's are discussed. I believe that with the exception of High/Low segments on a couple dvds (CTX, Step Jump Pump) Cathe's cardio is primarily step or kickboxing. Happy Searching Terri:)
