Spybot
Spy-subtract
These have helped a bit and I don't get as many pop up ads but they havent' been completely eliminated. These are trial versions that I downloaded for free so...

I agree with Cathy - keep your Firm workouts. Although I use Cathe workouts almost exclusively, the Firm is great for you want a "lighter" workout. That said, the Firm workouts are still challenging, especially if you go heavier on the weights. As Cathy wrote, if you haven't done them in a while...
I have Power Yoga for Runners for months and didn't try it until today. What a great 30 minute routine - the poses are great and the routine just flows at a faster pace than most yoga workouts. Perfect for a type A like me!

Mine was Kathy Smith's Fat Burning Workout. I absolutely loved it! I loved Kathy Smith too and soon tried all of her videos, but, of course I outgrew her and discovered CATHE!

Please post your recipe for Tofu salad. I'm trying to eat more non meat protein sources and have tried to include some Tofu in my diet, but other than stir frys, I'm not quite sure what to do with it.
