    Cathe posted on fb that she and some others just finished getting gravity training certified. it's a program that goes with a total gym. that's exciting. I can't wait for more news!

    Good morning all Today, I was really short on time but I needed to get some weights in. So, I did my own madeup workout of 2 rounds of upper body and core and 8 minutes of cardio. I'm so proud of myself. Tomorrow I will jump on the Dec rotation. Good day to all!!!!!!!

    calorie burn with Fitbit charge HR

    when I research I wasn't concerned abou calorie burn. I wanted these things listed above and I love it for that. but having a lower count on calorie makes me strive to eat less. lol

    i am amazed at the few calories my Fitbit calculates with my workouts. I did tabacize today. and it says I burned 276!!!!!!! are you kiding me? yesterday I did all of LIC and it said I burned 373!!!! comments please!!!

    today's workout was kick max. this was the first time I did the entire workout. I'm surprised I wasn't sore from legs and glutes from yest. but I'm glad I wasn't cause I was scared when I started kick max. it was fun altho, the leg conditioning drills really fried my hips.
