    Amazing workout! Question about the vest in replacement for fatigued forearms. If it is a 10 lb vest and you are using 2 10 lb dumbbells, do you replace it with 2 - 5lb dumbbells? I apologize if this is a stupid question. Cheers, F

    Thanks everyone!! All your responses are very helpful. I now plan on getting one, but realize I don't need to run out and buy it tomorrow for Meso 2. Besides I now get a week off from weights :) and if the weather cooperates will focus on running for a change of scene. Cheers, Fran
