Ahhh.... I am caught up! After my unexpected rest day on Friday, I got my cardio in tonight. I just did 25 min on the TM followed by TBS seg 2. I am still working through the couch to 5K rotation and I competed week 3! Yippee!! Only 6 more to go!

Well, yesterday I missed my WO. :( I kept putting it off and then in the evening I ending up going to Bunco at a friend's house and ate way too much. So I did PS Legs &Abs today. I will run tomorrow instead of taking a rest day and I may also add on some 4DS cardio. We'll see...
We had a Brindle Great Dane named Great Dame Desdemona. We called her Mona. She has now found a new home. :( She didn't do well with my kiddos. Her playful nature got her into too much trouble when she ran over my babies. :( Once the kids are bigger we are hoping to get another Dane.

Elaine, my kids are 11, 5, 4 and 4 and they all enjoyed it! There is enough visual humor to keep them entertained. My 5 year old was able to follow the storyline somewhat. It is a good, cleaned up, Adam Sandler movie. :) Good WO, BTW!
Well my detour was today....Movie theater popcorn and chocolate. Yummy! We went to see Bedtime Stories (it was hilarious!) and I had to have some (OK, a lot) of popcorn.
