    what does MSB's bun blast consist of ?

    Can't remember exactly, but... I do know there were a lot of lunges ("swim" front, "swim" back). I think the ricochets were in that section, too. And lots of straddle work. I seem to remember that the step is turned vertically for that whole section of the tape. I don't have MSB anymore...

    Hi Sophie... Often, chest work secondarily works the triceps and shoulders a little bit, and that could be why you need to drop to a lower weight than usual when you do your triceps work after chest. Maybe doing the smaller, more isolated muscle group (triceps, in this case) first would work...
