    PS Series once a week?

    I've added muscle as well! I just weighed and measured myself this weekend. Compared to where I was at the beginning of May, I lost anywhere between 1/4" and 1 1/4" (in various spots) on the tape measure, but I only lost 1 lb. according to the scale. Must be losing fat and gaining muscle! :-)...

    Suggestions please!

    A vote for 4-part format For Ab Hits, I'd love to see a 4-part format -- 4 complete 15-minute ab workouts (including planks, upper, lower, obliques, etc. in each 15-minute section). I would most likely use this as an add-on to other workouts instead of doing the whole 60 minutes of ab work...

    Step???

    Step Works, but... My overall favorite is Step Works, but that's a tough one to learn if you're new to Cathe. The choreography is based on what is used in previous Cathe videos, and it's not broken down as much. But if you have the patience to learn it, the choreography is the most fun IMO...
