    Biceps on S&H without a barbell....

    Yes, on the DVD it is with the biceps and triceps. Some very interesting oblique work that I truly love. Also traditional crunches and reverse crunches. The planks and core work are with the DVD chapter for chest and back. Also very good.

    You might be right about the form. Using S&H REALLY made me remember not to use my back during biceps and also to stabilize the core for all exercises. So, that may be a very good point. And I am VERY relieved to know that I am not alone in feeling like this! thanks!
