    Good morning HardCore ladies, It's great to "see" everyone. Strength rotation for me, so I did GS chest/tri (I was shaking & baking alright!!), also 37 min. of leg work (you know, lunges, squats, calf raises... and all those good stuff). See you all tomorrow. Have a great day! Bita:)
