    Yes, you can! Beginners have to start somewhere - just do what you can do. You may not be able to do all the moves for as long as they do them the DVD - especially the standing moves - unless you're used to riding a bike. I wasn't, so it took me several weeks to get in good "spinning shape."...

    Spinning! More variety for spinners is the spice of life! I hope this recruits a whole legion of new spinners to the sport! It's a good cross-training activity for all you runners - VERY intense, but joint friendly.

    My experience w/ spinning My legs tend to be naturally big, and I found that spinning helped me slim them down. No bulking in my case.

    New to lifting and have some questions regarding weight gain

    One little suggestion How about adding some fiber to your diet - when I did that years ago it REALLY helped me lose weight, and you won't starve in the process. It's one of those subtle changes that make a big difference.
