    Wai Lana is great. I have her 9 video series and if you follow it from Easy to Fun Challenge in order she teaches you the major Yoga poses in stages just like a progressive class does. Try her you'll like her I think. It's not Power Yoga but it's good.

    Rotation to balance Body type

    I would LOVE some help with a rotation or ideas on techinque or something to help with this issue. It's my problem area I wanna lean out my upper body. I eat extremely clean already, I don't think it could get any cleaner LOL, and I mean that soooooooo it's gotta be an exercise solution...

    Oh go ahead and get MIC, it's a MUST. I love that video. I confess to doing it in two parts always but it's a fav of mine. Besides it's one video and not all that expensive and you'd have it b4 you get the Body Blast, it'll help get your endurance up for that new series. :P }(

    How tall is Cathe?

    Your the same height as my daughter, and pretty much you guys are built the same, you have more muscle than she does cause she's a running addict LOL, doesn't take much time for weights. She does love our Cathe step videos we share however a LOT. Does them lots in the winter months...
