I have a CAP standard 1 inch barbell that's 5 feet long and about 14 pounds (I can't find a 5 pound barbell like the ones Cathe uses) - fits fine! :)

Hi! I was curious to see whether anyone has done Cathe Live Total Body Giant Sets and if so what they thought? I just tried it and WOW!!! I had to hit pause to many times to admit! I'm already feeling sore and have a hunch I'll have major DOMS tomorrow! Sorry for all the exclamation...

Thanks love2read (I love reading too!)! I should try moving my fan if I have the same problems and maybe where I have the computer is complicating things as well. I have it directly hooked to the TV so I would think the signal would be good since the computer is so close to the WiFi but who...

Yes! The elbow on the floor exercise, corkscrew and banana holds are all hard for me too! I don't think I'll be levitating anytime soon either... :P

I'm still having problems watching Cathe Live and have tried everything (other than Firefox) - cleaning out my caches, rebooting the system, using IE instead of Chrome, etc. The videos keep freezing then starting, freezing then starting... the speed test indicated that my connection was fine...

2lazy4gym convinced me too! I love her breakdowns of the Live workouts and what weights she and Cathe use. I joined after reading a few of those and so far don't regret it... :)

Which exercises? I know I have a hard time with the knees/toes/lie back sit ups but that's because they hurt my tailbone (I know I could add more padding but if I have an excuse why not use it LOL?). Some of the moves with the gliding discs are also tough (the pike in particular). I can't...

Me too!! I wonder what the Fit Tower Bootcamp will be like since it doesn't appear to be based on pilates/yoga (only Core Fusion mentions those)? I don't care - excited no matter what - but I'm curious! :)

Saw the announcement too and and am super excited!! I was sort of regretting buying the Tower (just sort of LOL) but now I'm so glad I did! First Strong & Sweaty and now this? Woo hoo! :D

That's what I heard (or read) too but felt assured when Cathe said more advanced workouts using the Fit Tower are to come (probably after the Strong & Sweaty DVDs). I'm going to guess that Cathe has some sort of contract with the Fit Tower company and won't be able to film her own videos until...
