I agree. My husband always says that food is engery and therefore workout and burn the energy. It also helps relieve that full and bloated feeling.

I think that was just that person's opinion. I have some fat to lose and I can't believe that after doing STS, I will be in the same position after. I believe that I will be strong and have less body fat.

Not a dumb question at all. It depends on the amount of posts that you have. I can't remember the number exactly but I think if you reach 100, it will change from member just not sure to what, then if you more, it changes again.
