    I have a question (I am not very tech saavy). Is there a way to print the rotations without having to download the entire guide? Like I want to print the rotations for LITE. Do I have to download the guide to just get the rotations?

    I loved Stacked Upper Body and Abs 2! The new moves are great -- one point fives are killers and the 8 point bicep curls get in there GOOOOOOD, as Cathe says.

    Lovin' Lite!!!

    There's so much to love about LITE, but I did want to compliment you on the background for this series. Love the "lite" background -- ha ha. Really, it's happy and motivating to see sunlit nature out the windows. The set is beautiful. I think it's my favorite of all the series!!!

    Cardio party

    I loved Cardio Party! It was so fun to see some "old friends" -- moves from oldies like "Low Impact Circuit" and "Circuit Max." This cardio workout was really just plain fun! I wore my weighted gloves and added some impact to some of the moves. Loved it!

    Video Clip from Cathe's LITE Pyramid Pump Bonus Workout

    So glad Cathe put all the pyramids into one workout. I NEVER used the Muscle Meltdowns in ICE because I just don't workout that way (one body part a day, etc). I know I'm going to use this bonus DVD lots and I appreciate Cathe offering it.

    ICE Muscle Meltdown on DVD?

    I'm with you on this idea, SteppingFool. I have never used the Muscle Meltdowns as they are in ICE but would use them all the time if they were combined into total body work. It's no extra filming, and I would definitely pay for it. Great idea!

    Loving fit/split except for abs...

    I have wonky wrists too. I'm going to try to use my push up bars so my hands aren't on the ground with my wrists at 90 degrees -- that just kills them. The bars sure help with pushups and mountain climber-type moves, so hopefully they will work for this ab workout. Otherwise, I'll be using...
