Hello, I’m not an expert by any means but I know the ball from Pilates classes too and it isn’t meant to be blown up hard. It is meant to be a little squishy. That‘s how I’ve been using mine and it works great. I hope this helps ☺️ Pauline

Thank you so much! I hadn’t even considered that! I thought I would always have to take my laptop with me to do my blender workouts! I‘ve just checked and I can play my blender workouts on my iPad. Thanks again for taking the time to help!

I hope this is the right forum to ask this quick question and I apologise if it’s already been answered elsewhere but am I right in thinking the workout blender only works with windows (by which I mean on my laptop) and not on iOS (on my iPad for example)? Thanks in advance, Pauline

I just wanted to say how grateful I am to read about all of the different workouts and see all of these recommendations. I‘m fairly new to training with On Demand and thanks to the forums I’ve got some great ideas for different workouts to try. I just wanted to say thanks ☺.

I‘m so sorry. I posted this before I read about Cathe‘s surgery … Maybe when Cathe is fully recovered and things are back to normal. In the meantime there are plenty of workouts for me to be getting on with .
