    Trust me, Allison...about 45 minutes into this class, I was questioning my sanity, being lucky enough to work at with Cathe live at times was the LAST thing on my mind...wow, was I gassed!!!!! It's all good, though!...:D

    I had a rare Monday off, and DW was power shopping at the mall, why not jump into my car for a live class with Cathe....combination of KB and Boot Camp drills and running..I was able to do KB and the running, the BC drills involved weaving in and out of cones, and I'm not the most nimble...

    Today's workout was for Allison!!

    Just as a reminder...Ultra Cardio Blast is 63 and 1/2 minutes....I want full credit for that half minute!! Allison, you are a such a great source of inspiration to others here, please allow us to do the same for you!!

    Men's check in 6/7

    Today was the 63 1/2 minute Ultra Cardio Blast from Drill Max, followed by the Core section from Boot Camp. Dedicated my workout to a forum member who's going through a tough time. It's pretty amazing what you can do when it isn't about yourself, sometimes! Tomorrow...REST!!

    Kick Max vs KPC

    I have both, and truthfully, the only reason I prefer KPC more is because it was my first purchase from Cathe. KPC is more intense overall, but the blast challenge from KM isn't bad, either, and I do enjoy the leg drills from KM.

    Hey, guys... An hour of solid cardio for me today, Cathe's rotation for June calls for step, which I don't do, so I'll probably end up doing my own thing...jacks, jogging, plyo moves...your basic cardio goulash, I suppose.
