    RE: Drill Max Ultra cardio blast today for me. There isn't a thing wrong with cheating with a heavy meal once in a while, I'd go crazy if I had to deny all those cravings.

    To ramp up my workouts between now and the RT, I have broken away from my tradition of not following any rotation, and have been following Cathe's June rotation, and will do the same for July as well, at least until the RT, that is. Off to do Drill Max cardio!!

    best strength workout

    another vote for MM, which was my intro to Cathe's weight lifting workouts. Have also gotten to like Slow and Heavy, but prefer MM when I want a full body session.
