    Yes, I am sore the day after doing STS, sometimes 2-3 days, but it's a good soreness. I guess I'd say it's more than most other workouts (except B&G) though that may be because I've been doing them so long. STS is definitely a challenge and I'm loving it :) I'm doing the 3 1/2 month rotation...

    Would a kick boxing class be too much legs with STS?

    Cathe lists her kick boxing DVDs for some of the cardio days, so you could probably do that class. Having done Cathe's many times, I would not recommend them the day before or after doing STS legs! Good luck! and HAVE FUN!!

    No soreness with week 1 of Meso 1..

    I was sore after Disc 1 but not Disc 2. I'm sure it was those one thousand one pushups!!! I expect to be sore after doing legs. Disc 3 has lots of exercises new to me. Can hardly wait! :)

    I LOVE my UPS Guy!!!

    It's why I spent those 2 1/2 hours clearing the snow and ice from my driveway and porch this afternoon! Now if my UPS Guy can just get his truck down the street?!!

    I got my notice!

    Got my notice, too! Excited and a bit scared. I'll be doing lots of previewing, like at least twice per disc. My number is 18350. Don't know when I'll start, need a rest after 2 1/2 hrs shovelling snow and ice this afternoon--but maybe Feb. 2??? Anticipation is a tremendous motivator!!! :D
