My First Post! Need advise on order

Sounds Good... Not Cathe, but a REG. My advice would be: MIC is the top of the mountain in terms of cardio. Split in two (the hi/low and then the step) to start. Don't be afraid to modify this killer--and use no more than a 6" step to start. You've only got the weight half of the Wedding Video...

    Introducing Myself....................

Hey! Welcome to us. I have been doing Cathe tapes for....more than 5 years. I am laid up due to injury at the moment, but can tell you: there is nothing better on the market--and her upper body tapes are keeping me from going insane right now. I really, reALLY credit Cathe for keeping me alive...

    ? about step height

6" for most of Cathe's; 8" for some others like Charlene Prickett, Reebok, Firm, Kelly Roberts, Kathy Smith--(although I have only one Kathy Smith left in over 100 tapes.) }> Murph

    New Charlene Prickett

RE: Charlene Denise: some really low impact, but good intensity tapes from Charlene are: Cruising Altitude and Start Your Engines. They are one hour and if you really lift those legs, you'll be surprised how intense they can be. You're right: having an injury and not working out is the worst...

    New Charlene Prickett

RE: Charlene I have Needed Charlene's lo impact in this most physically challenging year for me...what I wouldn't give right now to launch into a low impact tape of hers--can't: knee is still off. Bottom line is: when I was perfectly healthy and able to do any tape, Charlene fell to "rest"...

RE: wedding video LAST EDITED ON Mar-29-02 AT 08:45PM (Est)[p]the weights on Wedding Video are a good basic start to weight training. MIS is more for endurance--but, to answer the original question: yes, you can do MIS at 40, 50, or 60--as Debra suggested, lower the weights--even if it's 5 or 3...

    help with yoga

I Love Yoga. For beginning; Ali McGraw I like ALOT. Also: Kathy Smith New Yoga Challenge. Rodney Yee: Yoga for Beginners. Someone said to look in Collage's descriptions and I agree: they have good descriptions. You will not be sorry to add this facet to your routine.

Former high impacter seeks defined legs

I've been on an 8 week lay-off of high impact due to foot surgery. I have found that MIS, Slow & Heavy Legs, PS Legs, Pilates, and Karen Voight's Great Weighted Workout have maintained my legs quite well. As for Cardio--I have used Kickbox--(modified); stationary bike--which in your case--may be...
