    I'd have to look at the DVD again, but depending on the day, I'll add weight (a lot--10 lbs at least) and add in some extra intensity for cardio.

    I love Jillian, but her workouts aren't intense enough for me. I modify everything to make them more intense. They do break up the schedule, though and are a nice change of pace sometimes.

    Whats your favorite body part or parts to work?

    Not Cathe, but wanted to respond. I love training back as I feel more confident in my posture. I used to HATE to train legs because of how tough it was. Then, I saw the results and now I LOVE to train legs, especially calves (my strongest). I tend to slack on bis and abs. ;-(
