    i wear new balance running shoes...albeit, they probably need replacing. i've never jogged before---i guess i can"wog" if that still serves the purpose of hiit...i just don't like cardio anymore--- have done it for years--- all different types--- just want something short and sweet!

    after completing sts with a short break, is it a good idea to do the program again? how does doing 65% of your 1rm affect all the strength you aquired the first time around?

    I may do it again as well, or maybe "shock" my system with something new.When i do do sts again, I'll looking forward to the update on the 1rm...that was my least favorite part of the program...loved everything else.

    I'm confused--- doing sts -other than squats, lunges-- when exactly would you use this vest? okay for back exercises ? do you just subtract 10 pouunds from total weight you're using? thanks

    i had trouble with these yesterday and decided to give it a shot again ..can do them today, guess i was just fatigued yesterday--- go figure! now my knee is hurting and i'm wondering if my knee is just worn from yesterday or if these do indeed put strain on the knee. any thoughts?
