    "Intensity Series" sold as one set?

    DVD special add-ons It would be so neat if one or two of the add-on special just-for-DVD-segments was a 15 minute or even a thirty minute stretch with soothing music. Just a thought. Or both? The special pre-made workouts from mixing segments is a great idea. Thanks so much. Can't wait.

    Suggestions? - Upper Body Split

    I vote for 60 minutes, pyramiding the wt up, and slow reps no faster than a 2/2. I find that speed the most effective. I also like the feeling of control at that speed. Thanks so much for asking. You are the best!

    I think it is a terrific idea, I like the possibility of having two separate workouts -- standing work and floor work. It would be so adaptable in that one can add the floor work onto other workouts. I am getting very excited to say the least -- my poor credit card. Ouch!
