    Does anyone know what the songs are in Lowmax?

    Cathe is right. The first song in interval #6 is "RELAX" by Frankie Goes to Hollywood! The song I am interested in finding the name to is the one after that. It sounds like the word "POWER" is used in it and it has a somewhat tribal drum beat to it. Any ideas?

    Does anyone know what the songs are in Lowmax?

    Troy vs. US Weight

    My wife and I both use the US weight set from Wal-Mart and they were inexpensive and they work fine! Only problem is that the bar is a little narrow for my shoulders but it fits my wife (she is small framed) perfectly.

    I am a man and not sure if this advice will be helpful for you but here is my 2 cents on push-ups. For me hand placement is very important in doing pushups. If I keep my hands close to wider than my shoulders I can't do as many as if I keep my hands lower than my armpits and closer to my ribs...

    Kickboxing workouts

    Try Hardcore Kickbox Circuit with Janis Saffell and Guillermo Gomez. It is on par with KPC as far as intensity IMHO. Also the workout is based more on martial arts than KPC and the choreography is a little tricky but boy oh boy what a workout.
